We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY for all U.S. orders + no restocking fees! You have 14 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items. The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping. Store credit never expires. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached. Please include the Packing Slip with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package. Additional items not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit.

FINAL SALE, FLASH SALE, and ANY ITEM PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, PLEASE EMAIL SALES@SHOPLEXIES.COMOnce we receive your email we start the return process. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Return.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your Return at our fulfillment center. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR  DEFECTIVE? 

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly!  If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away!
